Shipping & returns

Timing

• Your proof arrives by email within 2 business days of your order.
• After you approve it, printing and framing take 2–3 business days.
• Delivery within the US usually takes 3–7 business days. We'll email tracking as soon as it ships.

If you need it by a certain date, mention it in your order notes and approve your proof promptly. We'll tell you honestly if the date looks tight.

Shipping

We ship within the United States, free on every order. Prints arrive framed, ready to hang, in protective, unbranded packaging, so they can go straight to the person you're giving them to.

Proofs, revisions, and cancellations

Every order includes a proof and one revision. You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Just reply to your proof email or write to us.

Returns

Because each print is made for you and approved by you before it's printed, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once your order has gone to print.

Damaged or wrong items

If your print arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof you approved, email hello@somewhereours.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, and you won't need to send anything back.
